CHUCK McKIBBEN's career as an award-winning voice actor and
broadcast producer began in 1963 when, at just 14 years of age, he became a
professional radio announcer. By age 25,
he had risen to the position of producer and personal recording engineer for the
legendary Mel Blanc (the voice of "Bugs Bunny") in Hollywood. There, he supervised recording sessions with
many of the world's greatest actors, such as Oscar winners Kirk Douglas and
Jack Palance. Chuck then distinguished himself
as a producer, director and voice artist in New York City for 30 years, until
his moving to Philadelphia. Today, as
that city's only private voiceover acting coach, Chuck enjoys serving as a
mentor and career guide to aspiring voice artists. He continues to entertain audiences
world-wide as the narrator of numerous audiobooks (available through companies
such as AudioRealms.com), and is recognized in Wikipedia's list of foremost
audiobook readers, as in a Wiki bio.
